All meetings are held in the Village Hall (3rd Monday of every month, with the exception of August).
All meetings start at 7 pm unless stated otherwise.
Dates and times will be published on this web site (link on the right-hand side of this page) and displayed on the village notice boards in Lockington & Aike. The final Agenda will be issued 3 clear days prior to the meeting dates.
An East Riding Ward Councillor is usually in attendance for part of the meeting.
All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Copies of both the Agenda and Minutes can also be distributed as email attachments.
Parishioners, wishing to receive copies are asked to supply the Clerk with their email address (Please note, providing contact information will signify that the provider gives permission for the Clerk to retain the information securely as per the General Data Protection Regulations).
Parishioners wishing to raise issues for consideration as part of the Parish Council’s Meeting Agenda should contact the Clerk, and/or any member of the Parish Council 10 days prior to publication of the final agenda issue dates detailed below;
